Customer Support

Questions about an order, download, product, or account may be sent to:

Please include your name, purchase email address, order number when available, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to customer-support requests within two business days.

Digital Delivery Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

Depending on the product purchased, delivery may include:

• A download link provided on the order-confirmation page
• A download or access link sent to the email address provided during checkout
• Instructions for accessing a web-based reference tool, course, or digital resource
• Access through the purchasing platform or customer account

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to that email account.

Most digital products are available immediately after payment. Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of payment authorization, internet service, email filtering, platform maintenance, or other technical conditions.

Customers who do not receive their purchase should:

1. Check their spam, junk, promotions, and filtered-email folders.
2. Confirm that the email address used during checkout was entered correctly.
3. Contact support@pilateslearningsystems.com for assistance.

Access requirements, compatible devices, file formats, and any expiration or update provisions will be identified in the individual product description when applicable.

Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally nonrefundable after a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please contact us if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You purchased the wrong version or format and have not downloaded or accessed it.
• A file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible.
• You did not receive the promised download or access instructions.
• The product is materially different from its published description.
• An unauthorized purchase appears to have been made using your payment information.

Refund or replacement requests should be submitted to support@pilateslearningsystems.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your name, purchase email address, order number, product title, and the reason for the request.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Each request will be reviewed based on the product-delivery record, access or download status, circumstances of the purchase, and applicable law.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.

Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Pilates Learning Systems product or resource, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms displayed with the individual product.

Do not purchase or use a product if you do not agree to these terms.

Educational Purpose

Pilates Learning Systems products and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes.

The materials are intended to support professional learning, instructional planning, movement education, and informed teaching decisions. They do not guarantee any particular educational, professional, health, business, or financial result.

Individual-Use License

Unless a product description states otherwise, each purchase provides one purchaser with a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal or individual professional use.

The purchaser may:

• Download and retain an authorized personal copy.
• Print a reasonable number of copies for the purchaser’s own reference.
• Apply the information when planning and teaching Pilates sessions.
• Use designated reproducible worksheets with the purchaser’s own clients or classes when the product expressly permits such use.

The purchaser may not:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or give the product to another person.
• Share login credentials, download links, or web-app access.
• Upload the product to a shared drive, membership site, studio portal, course platform, or public website.
• Copy substantial portions into another book, course, training program, app, or commercial product.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices.
• Use the materials to train staff, certify instructors, or conduct group education unless an appropriate license has been obtained.

Additional licenses may be required for studios, organizations, instructor-training programs, educational institutions, or multiple users.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, text, graphics, downloads, tools, trademarks, product names, and other materials are owned by Pearl J. Dahmen, The Holistic Quest LLC, or their respective licensors.

Purchasing a product grants permission to use the product under the stated license. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, ownership, or publication rights.

Account and Access Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate purchase and account information
• Protecting passwords and access credentials
• Maintaining compatible equipment, software, and internet access
• Preventing unauthorized use of purchased materials
• Notifying customer support of suspected unauthorized access

Access may be suspended or terminated when there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, unlawful use, payment fraud, infringement, or a material violation of these terms.

Product Changes

Products may be corrected, updated, expanded, reformatted, discontinued, or replaced. A purchase does not automatically include future editions, revisions, upgrades, or additional products unless the product description specifically states that updates are included.

Third-Party Services

Purchases, payments, downloads, email delivery, website hosting, analytics, or product access may be supported by third-party platforms such as Payhip, Stripe, Netlify, Google, or other service providers.

Use of those services may also be governed by the provider’s separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every product will meet every purchaser’s individual needs, remain continuously available, or operate without interruption or error.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pearl J. Dahmen, The Holistic Quest LLC, and Pilates Learning Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or application of the products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Educational and Health Disclaimer

Pilates Learning Systems materials provide education and general information. They are not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or individualized healthcare advice.

Information about health conditions, injuries, precautions, contraindications, modifications, or movement considerations does not replace evaluation or guidance from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Pilates instructors and movement educators remain responsible for:

• Working within their education, credentials, professional role, and legal scope of practice
• Screening clients appropriately
• Obtaining relevant client information and informed consent
• Modifying or discontinuing activities when indicated
• Referring clients to qualified healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Applying independent professional judgment to each individual situation

Customers and clients should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program when they have health conditions, injuries, symptoms, pregnancy-related considerations, or concerns about physical activity.

Privacy Policy
